Terms of Service
Effective July 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of eInvoicePH (the “Service”), a software tool that helps Philippine businesses and freelancers prepare and print Sales Invoices, Service Invoices and supplementary documents, and — on plans that include it — maintain computerized Books of Accounts. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
eInvoicePH provides templates and tools for generating documents in formats intended to follow BIR Revenue Regulations (including RR 11-2024, issued under the EOPT Act, RA 11976). We provide software only; we are not your accountant, bookkeeper, or tax agent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for meeting your own registration, filing, and reporting obligations with the BIR.
2. Accounts and teams
You must provide accurate sign-up information and keep your login secure. Starter is a single login for an owner working alone. Team invites are part of the Business and Firm plans, because eInvoicePH separates the person who encodes a document from the person who approves it. On those plans an account owner may invite team members as Staff, who encode documents, or as Managers, who may also approve requests and change settings. The owner is responsible for the actions of members they invite and for the data stored in the account.
3. Trials, plans, and payment
New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid plan. Payments are made manually via GCash or Maya and verified by us before your subscription is activated. A short grace period may follow a lapsed paid subscription before access is suspended. Fees are stated on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. Refunds
Because access is granted for a fixed period after manual verification, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we fail to provide the Service. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it in good faith.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other accounts’ data, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to produce fraudulent or misleading documents. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of the business and invoicing data you enter. We store it to provide the Service and handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of records you are required to retain under BIR rules.
7. Availability and disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its templates will satisfy every requirement of every BIR office. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment or breach of these Terms. On termination you may request an export of your data for a reasonable period.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

These Terms should be read together with any plan-specific terms shown at the time of purchase. Nothing here is tax or legal advice about your own BIR obligations.
