For bookkeepers & accounting practices

One firm dashboard for every client you serve

A shared roster, document requests and client answers in the same queue, and a filing tracker that asks for the confirmation number — built for practices keeping books for more than one business.

Built for

What you get

One roster for every client

See what each client owes, what's due next, and what state their records are in — without opening five different logins to find out.

Ask for documents, see what comes back

Request the receipts or details you need from a client and watch their answer land in your queue, instead of chasing them over chat.

A filing tracker with teeth

Mark something filed and the tracker asks for the eFPS confirmation number — so "filed" in the tracker means there's a number behind it, not just a checked box.

The six Books of Accounts, for every client, built as they work

Sales Journal, Cash Receipts, Purchase Journal, Cash Disbursements, General Journal and General Ledger — generated from the invoices and expenses already entered in each client's workspace.

Questions bookkeepers ask

I'm a bookkeeper. How does the Firm plan work?

One ₱999 subscription covers up to five client businesses. You send each client a code; they sign up and redeem it, which keeps them the owner of their own workspace and you the one with access. You get a roster showing what is outstanding with each client and what is due next, a place to ask for documents, and a filing tracker that will not let you mark something filed without a confirmation number. Additional client businesses are ₱149/month. If a client leaves you, they keep everything and can take over their own subscription.

Does my client lose control of their own account?

No. Redeeming your code makes them the owner of their own workspace — you're connected to it, not in place of them. They can disconnect you, or take the subscription over themselves, at any time.

What if I have more than five clients?

Additional client businesses are ₱149/month each, on top of the Firm plan's base five.

Do the Books of Accounts still need to be registered with the BIR?

Yes — computerized books are registered online through ORUS within 30 days after the close of each taxable year. eInvoicePH generates the books; filing the registration is still something the taxpayer (or you, on their behalf) does.

Not sure the Firm plan is the right fit yet? Compare all three plans.

eInvoicePH is invoicing and bookkeeping software built to the invoice content rules of RR 11-2024 and the system-registration route of RMO 9-2021. It is not a BIR-accredited EIS provider and does not transmit invoices to the BIR's Electronic Invoicing System. This page is general information, not tax or legal advice; requirements vary by RDO and by each client's registration.
