Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

eInvoicePH provides digital software subscriptions. No physical product is shipped to customers.

1. Free trial

New accounts start with a free trial period. You can decide whether eInvoicePH fits how you work before any payment is made, so no refund applies to the trial itself — it simply ends or converts to a paid plan depending on the choice you make.

2. Subscription purchases

Review the applicable plan, features, price, and billing period shown on our pricing page before completing payment.

3. Cancellations

You may choose not to renew your subscription at any time. Where cancellation is available through your account, you can perform it there; you can also contact our customer service team for assistance. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse a subscription period that has already been delivered or activated.

4. Refund requests

Because eInvoicePH provides immediate access to a digital software service, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable subscription has been activated and made available to you, except where:

  • a duplicate payment occurred;
  • an incorrect amount was charged because of a system or processing error;
  • payment was successfully collected but the purchased service could not be provided;
  • a refund is required under applicable Philippine law; or
  • eInvoicePH determines that a refund is otherwise appropriate after reviewing the circumstances.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

5. How to request a refund

Send your request to support@einvoiceph.com with:

  • your name and registered email address;
  • the transaction or invoice reference;
  • the payment date and amount;
  • the reason for the request; and
  • relevant screenshots or supporting information, if applicable.

6. Refund review

We review each request and may contact you for additional information. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment channel — GCash, Maya, or PayMongo — when technically available and permitted by the payment provider. Processing times may depend on your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider, or other financial institution.

7. Failed or duplicate transactions

If you believe you were charged more than once, or charged for a transaction that did not complete, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
