We encourage you to contact eInvoicePH directly regarding any subscription, billing, service, or account dispute before initiating a payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or e-wallet provider.

Email support@einvoiceph.com with your account information, the relevant transaction reference, and a description of the concern.

We will review the relevant account, subscription, payment, communication, and service-activation records, and work in good faith toward an appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy prevents you from exercising rights available under Philippine law or from contacting an appropriate government authority, financial institution, card issuer, or payment provider where legally permitted.
